Emotionally Immune™ Corps · Local Platoons
Field training for emotional immunity.
DRILLS
A community that regulates together.
Regulation is a group activity.
You can read every book on emotional immunity and still white-knuckle your way through the week. The framework works on paper. It holds in practice when other people are doing it beside you.
We gather to do the work the body can’t do alone — and to make regulation a habit instead of an emergency measure.

The Mission
Why drills exist
Drills exist for three reasons: to put the protocols into your body rather than your notebook, to break the isolation that keeps dysregulation running, and to connect you to the practitioners in your own city who can go further than a worksheet can.
What to Expect
Every drill is a rotation
No two platoons run identical drills — each one is built from what’s available locally. But every drill draws from the same four rotations.
01Somatic regulation
Breathwork, grounding, and nervous-system reset — led by a certified practitioner. This is where E.I.R. Breathing stops being a page in a book.
02Movement
Thrivercise™ or a partnered movement class. Emotional release through the body, because the body is where it’s stored.
03Framework workshop
One element, worked as a group. Discernment. Self-respect. Healthy attachments. The material from the book, out loud, with other people.
04Restoration
Sound healing, massage, facials, or whatever the local partners offer. Care as maintenance, not as a reward you have to earn.
Attending a drill is always free. Some partner sessions and multi-week courses carry their own fee, set and collected by the practitioner — never by the Corps.
Who Shows Up
Built first for people who ran hot for a living
Drills started with a specific problem: people trained to stay alert under threat, with nothing that ever taught them how to stand down. Veterans. Their spouses. The people who answer the call.
You don’t have to have served to belong here. But if you have, you’ll find the room already speaks your language.

How a Platoon Works
Each city has a platoon. Each platoon has a leader.
The platoon
Your city’s Corps
Everyone in your area who’s building emotional immunity. It meets monthly. Membership is free and there’s no attendance sheet.
The leader
An organizer, not an instructor
A local volunteer who books the space, lines up practitioners, and gets people in the room. Platoon Leaders do not teach, counsel, or facilitate the work itself.
The partners
Licensed local practitioners
Every session is run by someone qualified to run it — therapists, breathwork facilitators, movement instructors, licensed bodyworkers, sound practitioners.
Step One
Tell us where you are
We’re forming platoons city by city, starting with the places our people already are. Add your city and we’ll tell you the moment one opens near you — or if we need a leader there.
Become a Platoon Leader
If there’s no platoon near you, start one
Platoon Leaders are organizers. You find the space, build relationships with local practitioners, set the schedule, and make people feel welcome when they walk in. You are never asked to teach, facilitate, or counsel — that’s what the partners are for.
What you get
Full support
Leader training, a partnership playbook, session templates, promotional materials, listing on this page, and direct access to the Emotionally Immune team.
What we ask
Consistency and care
One drill a month, a signed leader agreement and code of conduct, and Mental Health First Aid certification completed within 60 days of approval. We cover the cost.
Apply to Lead
Applications are read by a person. You’ll hear back within five business days either way.

A note on safety
Drills are peer-organized wellness gatherings. Platoon Leaders are trained volunteers, not clinicians, and the Corps does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment. Sessions are led by independent licensed practitioners who carry their own credentials and insurance. Somatic and breathwork practices can surface strong emotion — if that happens, step out, and know that a licensed professional is the right next step.
If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 (US). Veterans: dial 988, then press 1.
